Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

Works great for my needs as a travel concierge. I was able to create my own forms for my needs and specifications with the wording how I wanted it. And to be able to use that form, share it, and the form return in the "mailbox" on the site makes it that much better and fits my needs very well.

Need native Salesforce integration.

I am extremely happy with the ease of setup of Cognito Forms and the functionality. My one suggestion for improvement is regarding payment for the upgraded plans. It would be ideal if Cognito Forms could bill us through accounts payable, a purchase order, or accept a project number to charge things to, instead of using a personal credit/debit card or check.

Cognito forms are an outstanding way to communicate directly with our customers. Highly recommend.

Like, easy to use Dislike, very slow on page entries, expecially want to delete specific period of entries, wait for loading for hours then timeout.

The presentation of the forms both as a link and displayed directly on our website look and respond great. So far the only downfall I have seen is in the workflow section. It could be a little more clear and easier to follow. But with effort it does work as intended.

I really like cognito forms a ton, my only complaint is that there is not a lot of templates to use as a starting point. For example, the tax one was only about 30 percent of what I need. I don’t have a ton of free time so I had to commit some serious time to get my forms to what I needed them to be.

Great platform to create your own full-featured forms. You have all the tools you need to create any kind of form: you can use javascript, send webhooks, create actions... The downside is that your tech and design departments must be involved as the basic forms are too basic by default (basic design, few functionalities...). What we like the most is that we can add any functionality, validation, design... that we need. We could not find any form in the market that provided us with this wide range of capabilites to edit our forms.
