Wonderful services, the product was delivered really fast, even quicker than the minimum they said in the website and without any issues. The product was perfectly packed so it arrived in perfect conditions, and they also added some replacement parts, which is cool. The customer service was also great. In really happy with the experience buying at CoffeRoastCo.com with the order #CRC-1450. I will for sure by here again in the future.

It was hard to find this coffee roaster in stock anywhere without a 3 month shipping delay. Coffeeroast Co shipped it much earlier than expected, PLUS sent a free coffee bean cooler too. Their price was lower than other retailers with the black friday deal and my husband was VERY surprised to get this as a gift. I am pleased with Coffeeroast service and will definitely use them again.

Well, I revised the review as my first review was a bit unfair. They are based in HI and have no phone support during EST business hours, but were very quick and friendly in their email support. Shipping was a bit strange as I received the tracking number and it took 2 weeks for DHL to get the shipment picked up and in their system. After that, it was only 5 days until the roaster was delivered. I would buy here again...
