Preordered 40x destiny 2 keys on june for october. On the release date they didn't send any keys. I tried to contact them from the web page and skype. I got a reply after 2 days of the release day. They write me that there were no keys for my order and a refund will come later. (also on their website there were a lot of keys on stock but at 50€, my preorder was at 38€). As i read here i think they have pre-ordered a lot of keys with our money, they saw that price was increased by 20€ and they sold our pre-order directly. we have just the refund with custumers angry. Also the refund took 15 days.... I don't recommend this website for pre-orders. Also their mass payments of paypal is not working. Update to their ridiculus reply: ahahah.. really? They have a Shopify app and I signed up as they said the API would automate everything. Thank goodness I tried to buy a key first to test, on my own site. What I got instead was an email full of code and they then said, I had to put money in an account first so the keys would go to the customer. I told them what would happen if we were selling keys at a trade show and our account ran out of money. They said put enough money in so I didn’t have to worry about it. They then asked for my banking information. Nope. I wish I could report them to Shopify.

Ordered through codeswholesale a couple of times. Bought some keys and a few days after the purchase date, they were used... not by me, whoever the seller was must have resold the keys or used them himself. Contacted CodesWholesale, they said I nothing can be done since they were used after purchase date. Which I somewhat understand, but there's no way to check who you're buying your keys from and I can't leave a review for my transaction. I don't want to keep buying keys there if I can't even rate my transactions, could accidentally buy from the same seller and get scammed again. Until this is fixed, not going to do any further business with them.

More than a week to receive my key (after contacting support) and now I have to wait 14 days for a refund. I won't buy on this site anymore. EDIT (17/09/2017): After one month since my Paypal withdraw request, they haven't send me refund on Paypal yet. They wrote me that they have problem with Paypal. Normal when you send a good key every 10 recycled/invalid key. NEVER buy from their site, you are wasting your moneys (and time)!!!

I used CodesWholeSale for more than a half year. And it was the worst experience ever. I received used keys for several times. They do not care about customers. They're not going to solve problems with activated products. Support asks you to reedem activation date via EA or Ubisoft support. Even though this is not the first time. No problem. I did it once. But after a while they slipped me another used keys again. Listen me. Do not purchase on CodesWholeSale. Never.

Advertised 24/7 customer support which is not true, you would be lucky to get a reply within two days. They also mention that they get their keys from the distributor which is also false, contacted some of the distributors to find out that the keys they're selling is completely invalid. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this company. As they will rip you off.
