I'd like to advise everyone to stay away from them as they are obviously NOT an authorized distributor. Do you want to know how I know this? Authorized sellers do NOT have stock for digital keys, as they are usually connected directly with the distributors via a central system very similar to CodesWholesale's API with an unlimited amount of keys. Also, these authorized distributors receive the bills monthly - They don't buy a specific amount of keys. Their revenue depends on how much they sell and the keys are always available (unlimited amount), which is not the case for this site. Also as proof, I contacted their support before and after a hideous amount of long waiting times and asking me to go from this support team to that support team, I finally connect with their team and after a long chat. I ask them about how the legality is very important to me and how I don't want to deal with fraudulent key refunds, they finally confirmed that their keys are not directly obtained from publishers and that in fact, some keys can be fraudulent - which is the opposite of what their site says. So they explained if somebody bought a key through my site and it turned out to be non-active, they will request for a refund which then I will have to open a case with them and they will have to investigate it (a BS term since they can't really check if keys are valid or not, since, uh, they're not legit), which is not the case if you were dealing with an authorized distributor.

shady tactics... i made an order for a product which was shown as "in stock" though, after payment my order has the status "preorder", since apparently there is no stock for the item. i requested a refund back to my payment method (paypal), and was told that i can only get a refund in balance which can be used on their platform. they sell items they don't have in stock, just to get your money, and then deny you a refund which, on paypal takes one second to make, instead offer you useless balance which you're again force to use on their site. Order (929195317-112) was made on Mar 19, 2020 4:50:53 PM, and till now, April 1st, i didn't recieve a refund, not even in their stupid balance. Order still shows up as "preorder". Support doesnt even bother to reply... Just stay away from this ....

I've try to contact their support at 1am my time, there is no other support more than the worst hours to contact, I integrated the Rest API in my site, it didn't do what it has to do, so I thought the orders were going to be placed in my site, but the money was going to be collected in their site as it shows in their tutorials, but is not, they told me I have to add funds, I have added funds to the account, place a new order and guess what? there is no order in their system or code, which is the worst part is the terrible 1 contact customer support, they reply back just 1 time and that is the only time

all windows 10 codes they sell are used, I dont know why they allow those sellers, this is not a trusted company, if the code is used you need to wait 2 more days to receive another, and guess what, Is used too and if you buy inmediatly another code meantime the refund arrives guess what, the code is used too, my record is buy 6 or 7 used code before appears a legitim one

Bought 3 keys for Windows 10 Pro OEM. All three of them ended up not working. I called Microsoft's customer service and they told me that the serials I provided were flagged as "non genuine". I will now proceed to make a chargeback on my credit card. Do not order from this site.

Do not buy from CodesWholesale.com I got problem in add money on the wallet , 2 weeks to fix small problem and they do nothing problem and so I needed create dispute on paypal , I got refund and i got ban .why? this is their answer " Your account has been blocked due to the chargeback. The owner of the platform reserves the right to block the account of Buyer in case the Terms of Use has been breached by Buyer. " I asked what is terms ... and the answer " Unfortunately, due to security reasons and in order to prevent Terms and conditions we do not allow charge back on PayPal. " Really , you cant refund money and cant help and fix !! I waited 2 weeks to fix problem , what i got ? I got ban only ( i got refund by paypal ,they not helped me ) What is this bad support?!! So . You need to add money on the wallet , if you get problem in add money and they will ask send ID and send many photos and and and ... then nothing and you will get ban if you want dispute on paypal ! , Do not buy from CodesWholesale and save your money There many stores and best prices , so you do not need to CodesWholesale Thanks

you may lose your money on codeswhole.com and they got terrible support!! You may lost your money, I'm from china, I wanna start my online game business and I find this site, I topped up through safecharge and safecharge sent me email which said I have successfully transferred my money to codeswhole and I need wait someday till the money shows in my account balance, but after 1 weeks, my balance is still 0!!! the support team's reply is to slow, they tend to not reply my email, they only reply when I said that I may give the negative opinion on trustpilot!! now I lost my patience. sorry for my english, that's my story.

Was trying to create account to see the prices. Update: After this review company answered my emails but unfortunately I cannot change my review with better opinion because of strange company rules. In short words: I wish to open web store to sell a game keys and I'm looking for suppliers. Two of three platforms which I have contacted provided me with price lists so I could select them and register my company afterwards (by price lists I can consider if reselling with selected platform would be profitable in my local market). But only CodesWholesale refused to show theirs prices and platform because I didn't registered my own company yet (registration is bureaucratic nightmare in my country so I need to have suppliers already to be sure that I worth it). So that is the whole story. I cannot create company because I can't calculate margin and profit before checking the price lists but I can't get an access to price lists because I didn't created a company. CodesWholesale can not understand that simple problem.
