Hi. Thanks for asking. The cleaner is my favorite but the serum had brown clot/stain at the bottom of the dropper and smelled 'off'. I meant to take a photo and send it to you and ask for a replacement but haven't had time or motivation. I still have it and would love it if I could exchange it for a fresh one. Thanks

I have the most oily skin that always produces those clogged up black headed pores in my nose and chin! Nothing ever helps but these products! Couldn't be more happier!
