Hi. Thanks for asking. The cleaner is my favorite but the serum had brown clot/stain at the bottom of the dropper and smelled 'off'. I meant to take a photo and send it to you and ask for a replacement but haven't had time or motivation. I still have it and would love it if I could exchange it for a fresh one. Thanks

I received products that were either expired or did not have expiration date labels. I contacted the company and was told that the expired product was a gift and that it should still be safe to use. For the products I purchased that did not have expiration dates, I was told, "they are ok to use because they make the product often." My confidence in the brand is gone. The products I purchased are still in the box they were shipped in.

I have been using the 50 winks serum because it worked wonders for me I raved about it. I recently purchased it again and it did not work the same at all I did not see any difference. I was very disappointed in my last purchase. I do hope they improve, because I love the product, but it is just not the same. It did not work like it used to.
