Great experience

After testing many site builder which also includes ai functionality I decided to partnering with CodeDesign.ai It offers really good experience with a functionality of a simple website builder and a design tool. Combination of both function leads me to CodeDesign.

I've had a great experience with Codedesign.ai's support team. They're easy to reach, respond quickly, and are always eager to solve issues as soon as possible. While I have an intermediate understanding of web development and can sometimes fix problems on my own, I often find myself needing their assistance. Their support team consistently provides the help I need, making the process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

I am a novice at website creation, and making one using codedesign ai tool was a kids job. It will be a bit tricky until you get things going, but you should start with the videos they provide on their YouTube channel, step by step, and you will make it! The lifetime license for 1 website is totally worth it, if you need more than 5-6, you should buy the 999$ package and start a website business with it! The customer support it top notch!

Not enough templates and hard to navigate. Could use more "how to" videos that goes more in depth into how things are done. Expected to see AI assist with a lot more tasks than currently available

This has been a 5 month ordeal and the result is me being worse off than I was before. I purchased a lifetime product from codedesign to build a website. From the start there were issues. They updated their system so the information they sent about how to update custom content, forms and things were out of date. The staff apologized for this, and are initially quite responsive even when they don't have a solution. They claim to be committed to helping which ended up being a downside, as I believed their hype and attempted to work with them well beyond the refund date. Given the inaccurate and out of date information sent to me by their staff when I worked to build the site myself, I hired them to build the site. This was even more of a disaster. They promised me that they would create a WhatsApp chat so I could work directly with the designers, and that there would be multiple conversations and touch points to ensure satisfaction. None of this happened and the results were dissatisfactory to say the least. Making matters worse, after their team attempted to build the site, they broke something on their end so the page was no longer editable, even by members of their own team! They were "working" on this issue for weeks and provided no proactive updates on the status. Ultimately, they never resolved the issue and the site remains unusable. They can't access it to edit it and neither can I, and because I'm now out of the refund window from trying to make it work with their team there's nothing I can do. There are better services available. Don't waste your time or money. -------- Update: in spite of the claim in their response below they did not issue a full refund outside of the refund period. I have several email communications from their team confirming that they would not issue the refund (which is all that I was requesting to avoid this back and forth) because it was outside of the refund period. Further demonstration of lies and poor communication. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
