Flexible plattform
Flexible plattform, which enables one to create a website without beeing an webdisign expert. Templates and AI simplify things. Designing my website however required some help at a certain point, but the support ist very committed and problems were solved. If some changes on the plattform occur, a prenotification would be great and result in a 5 star rating.

I am still getting a hang on the interface but customer care has been fast and responsive. and it's not been difficult to implement things. Loving every bit of the interface right now.

Customer Support
Overall the experience is going great. I dont have much knowledge on coding and putting my time in designing the website a little. AI does helps to create a base for your website and if you are not looking for more of customisation then I guess its good but if you want to customise you would need help and support. The customer support has tried answering all questions of mine and also arranges meeting with me when needed. So far I don't have any complains other than me putting some time in customisation which I think we all have to.

Good support, good product.
It designed a web site quickly, not many options but still very good (4/5). I received their support instanteniously which is ultimately important for me. I feel supported, software is decent, and with this positive trend, this will be perfect platform very soon.

quick and easy AI-supported website creation
Low barrier to entry thanks to a wide range of AI-generated templates, making it quick and easy to get started. After a quick familiarization with the tool, for which there are many YouTube videos available, it is easy to use. Unfortunately, there are few and non-specific AI responses to complex problems or configuration questions. It's great that the HTML code can be downloaded with the lifetime license, so the project progress can also be saved externally.
