These people are a total scam... I ordered a Magnetic Mushroom Chess set (supposed to have a folding magnetic chess board, for use when travelling. Unboard storage) It arrived as a NON magnetic, flaking paint useless piece of junk. They have refused to refund me, then have offered $5 (I paid $51.25 USD) Then they blamed Trumps tariffs !!! Ordered an item, cost 70 USD, with 5 day shipping. Item took over a month to arrive. When it did, it was the wrong item. Looking it up, the item they sent was worth less than half the item ordered (30 USD). Contacted Customer Support, given the run around for weeks with no resolution. They offered me a 14 USD refund, no replacement item, no compensation for the prolonged shipping. They aren't even responding to my emails at this point.

I tried it for a dnd dice doohickey. It's now been easily 2 or 3 months and I haven't got it. They avoid talking about refunds and keep throwing it's on its way or it's been delivered at me and to keep checking all this and that. Even claimed a tracking number they gave me was the wrong one and gave me another link for tracking. Both of which gave me a 404 error site and I don't have it anywhere. Lots of emails have been sent with choice words but it's likely a lost cause.

A complete scam. Not only did they take longer than 1.5months to deliver. But they also delivered something that "looks" like what I ordered. To trick people. Thats how they'll trick you, they'll delay and deliver the wrong cheap product for as long as they can, so that your refund options via your provider reach their expiration date. For more details - I've ordered a dagger dice set, and what I got was just a dagger with some ornaments on. And naturally the product page for the dagger dice set has been taken down. Also see scam adviser website. They have a rating of 1/100 . They claim to be from US, but they are from china... All the positive reviews are just done by china bots.
