3rd december oredered. Since 30th December it is in Leipzig and they tell me they can't do anything. I am highly disapointed, because it can't be that it is for full 3 months in Leipzig and they can't do anything, they simply don't care and keep saying how money can't be refund. Highly suggest NOT TO ORDER WITH THEM. Thanks

This company is a scam. I never received my order. Customer support keeps giving excuses and false promises, but no refund has been issued. The Advent calendar was ordered well in advance to arrive by December 1st — it didn’t arrive on time and, in fact, never arrived at all. I lost both money and a lot of nerves dealing with this situation. Absolutely do not order from this seller.

It is a complete Scam. Paid about 50$ and got a fake tracking number which never arrived. I have asked to their support to send me the item and nothing happened, also asked for a refund and nothing… Avoid this website

I have waited for the delivery of my purchase for almost 3 months. They are blaming the shipping companies, and are not willing to send replacement or give my money back.

Bought an advent calendar and a button craft kit for my daughter kn 14th September. Estimated delivery was 12-20 days. Still waiting for it over 45 days later. Communication is poor, kept telling me to be patient. Raised a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. They also over changed me.

This is criminal. Don't waste your money. It is completely not the product what it should be. It should have had English wishes to read. You can't read a single letter. You think you buy something nitted. It's plastic crap.
