It took a months to arrive - it was for a gift - but I would never gift this cheap rubbish to anyone. I have contacted the seller and they offered $6 refund which is comical. I have escalated the issue with Paypal now…

I ordered the mushroom chess set. It was supposed to be for travel, with magnetic pieces and the board folds into a log. What I got was a rubber chess board with the paint cracking off and poorly made rubber mushroom pieces that aren't even magnetic, and don't even stand up. It doesn't do anything like what was advertised. Right now they are trying to offer me $6 dollars compensation for a $45 dollar purchase. That's not even mentioning the order was two months late.

I ordered a magnetic travel chessset. Shipping tracking was took almost 2 months and parcel was difficult to track. The chess sets were not magnetic not travel. They did not look what i ordered on the website. I told them this and they denied it, claiming they saw no distended. They offered partial refunds (at first 10% of what i paid and only to maximum of 25% of what i paid) saying return shipping would be expensive. I demanded multiple times for the shipping details. They refused each time. I'm extender dissatisfied, I'd never recommend this as a website to use.

This company is a scam. I ordered a magntic and foldable mushroom themed chess set to carry at raves. The board was just a sheet of rubber that did not fold nor was magnetic. The pieces were just cheap rubber as well.

This site is a complete scam. When you receive the products they have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the ones on the website. When it comes to proposing solutions to this problem the help is 0, despite the fact that on their website they offer the opposite. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Complete scam! Ordered something and what I got was an extremely poor quality knock off of the item I ordered. Does not even match the pictures.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the “magnetic” mushroom chess set that was supposed to be a gift. Paid upwards of $40. It took so long to get here that I completely forgot I ordered it. The product is an absolute scam. It’s supposed to roll up and hold the chess pieces for travel. It doesn’t do that. Instead it’s a cheap, thick piece of rubber. The pieces are very cheaply made and look nothing like the original post. Their website claims in multiple places that they will give you a full money back guarantee. When I contacted customer service it started off hopeful, they asked for photos to resolve the issue. The photos were sent, they offered me $5. After refusing and saying I want a refund and to return the product, as their website clearly states, they offered me $8 “so I can keep the product.” $8 offer after paying 40-something dollars to be ripped off. Absolutely do not use this website.
