Its sad that you only give Vets a 2% discount that's a slap in the face of Veterans all over

The price discount was good. The delivery folks were prompt, professional, careful and friendly. The salesman was a little scattered. When we called the main store because we did not get a call back confirming that our mattress came in the lady was rather "short" with my wife and then did the same to me later. She sort of hung up on my me as well. THAT I did NOT appreciate at all. We have purchased a lot of furniture from your store and that behavior on the phone may change our shopping location.

Staff were very helpful but not pushy. My favorite furniture store.

Overall good service. The delivery service called when they said they would but when my wife answered the phone, there was noone on the other end of the phone. The delivery man said there should have been at least an automated message. In the end, The item was delivered within the 2 hour window of time selected.

The selection is very nice with different price points. They have several unique pieces that were really cool from farm house style to contemporary. Friendly staff with fairly good knowledge of furniture and willing to go research if the answer is not clear. The only down was that I have to wait longer than expected for my new sofa but it is all good.

Sales lady was very nice. Informative. But she did fail to tell us that the new furniture that we ordered would be much much darker than what was on the sale floor. We liked the color of the sales floor. And we were shocked to find out that the sales floor sample was 7 years old and very faded, according to the sales lady. She said we could return it before 7 days, but we already gave away our old furniture and would have no furniture for anther 7 weeks. AND we would be charged a restocking fee. That was totally not ok. We picked out furniture that we thought was going to be a caramel color. And we received a coffee/mocha color. Beautiful color, but definitely not what we thought we were ordering. So please please please get rid of those samples and get floor models that are the true color of what the customers are ordering. We decided to keep the furniture. We pleaded with the sales lady to exchange that floor sample. Because it was quite a shock to get furniture that was completely the wrong color. I have pictures if you would like to see the difference.

Very helpful staff. Never pushy.

The mattress we orginally purchased turned out to be a lemon as did the second one. They have taken care of us tirelessly. Still my preferred place to shop.
