Customer service was fine. Prices on high side. But where im truely disappointed is the time it takes to reecieve it. 2 weeks. You dont have to wait 2 weeks for anything now days. And i know of some are that are waiting 3 weeks plus. Are you kidding me ? I drop almost 5 grand on furniture i shouldnt have to wait but a few days for the stuff not in stock.

It took almost a week to get prices for the bedroom furniture we were interested in. And we have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to even get the furniture.

Had furniture for about 4 months and handles are already falling off, very expensive, but otherwise we buy all our furniture there because we usually find what we want.
