I ordered the Electric Massage Eye…
I ordered the Electric Massage Eye Cream, and received a bottle that looked similar in shape, size, and color, but the verbiage on the bottle was different. The product I received contained Benzoyl Peroxide as the active ingredient, which I'm allergic to. According to the Cocobeauty website, this product should not contain Benzoyl Peroxide. I spoke to customer service, and they weren't much help. They thanked me for my feedback, but would not give me a refund or send me the product I actually ordered. I'm still out $40+ for a product I can't use and wouldn't have ordered had I known I was allergic to it.

You can get the same product on Temu…
You can get the same product on Temu for a lot less. The only difference is the logo. Tested both products, works the same.

I always check any Facebook offers here before buying. The positive reviews are from people where this is their only review. The negative ones show that I was right to check. Do your research first.

10 Fingernägel sollten gefeilt und die…
10 Fingernägel sollten gefeilt und die Nagelhaut entfernt werden. Die runden Daumennägel wurden weder gefeilt, noch sauber gemacht. Durch einen Umzug waren die Nägel abgebrochen und man hat sie weder gleichmäßig gekürzt (alles verschiedene Längen) und dazu eckig gefeilt, was ich nicht wollte. Nun habe ich 6 eckige Nägel und 4 Runde. Das Arbeitsmaterial wurde weder gereinigt, noch sterilisiert, man hat sie so gebraucht, an einen Magneten aufgehängt. Pfui eklig. Bitte, wer auf Hygiene achtet, sollte auf keinen Fall da reingehen. Minus Sterne wären hier angebracht. Leider funktioniert das Bilder hochladen nicht. Leider hat es nur 1Bild von 7 geschaft. Coco Beauty, lachhaft, sie sollten sich unbenennen, als widerliche Bazillenschleuder von angelernten Vietnamesen. Widerlich Lt. Antwort machen sie keine Nägel und es wäre eine Verwechslung, wollen sie mich verarschen? Schwanthalerhöhe Forum Cocobeauty!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would this company is a scam. They sent it to the wrong address then tried to tell me I gave them the wrong address when I’m pretty sure I know where I live. Then tried to say the when usps returns to sender that they really just destroy the package. Then they said for a one time fee of $110 they can re-Ship the order that doesn’t even cost $110 ***** Oliva you were the one to deny everything and I have the 27 email to prove that, nice try to recover but you are a scam artist Absolutely ridiculous!

Finger weg - Scam
Die Lieferung dauert sehr lange. Die Produkte wirken günstig verpackt, und die Masken sind teilweise schon kaputt, also in der Strukrur zerrissen. Ich habe die Halsmasken probiert, und die Gesichtsmaske. Hals: kein Effekt. Gesicht, Brennen und drei Tage lang Pusteln. Ich habe den Shop kontaktiert, um von meinem 30 Tage Rückgaberecht Gebrauch zu machen. Sie boten mir 60% Refund an. Denn entgegen der Aussage auf der Webseite, gibt es das Rückgaberecht nicht, weil man „derzeit keine Rücksendeaufkkeber für die USA schicken kann“. Alles klar. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich zumindest einen Anteil meiner Kosten erstattet bekomme. Nie wieder!

I ordered on May 15,2025 and it’s June…
I ordered on May 15,2025 and it’s June 10,2025 and I have not received my package yet. I don’t know if this is fraudulent. I’ve called and they said they would send it and it is still showing processing. Terrible S. Elliott

Hi I’ve just received my products and…
Hi I’ve just received my products and the packing was damaged, the actual night cream moisturiser is in a cheap plastic container, metal on tub looks horrendous label has been put on with bubbles in it and not matching at back, totally scared to use it in case it a fake , looks a fake☹️.. hv emailed them no reply… scam alert
