When you ask for a refund and a way to send back they send you there terms thats buried in the website that they only accept "Un opened and in its original packaging" So how are we meant to find out if it works? SCAM company.

I've had this for maybe 2 weeks now.... my face is so smooth. I usually spend a lot of time each night with a metal extraction tool grabbing black heads. I just tried to do that before my shower this morning and I had like maybe 4 to extract. Which sucks only a little bit because I won't get that dopamine hit from extracting much anymore but dang my face is clean!! Something that I was thinking about in my shower just now is that the black rice bottle is kinda small and I think it might be a little annoying to keep ordering from yall so can you make a bigger bottle if you dont already have one? I haven't looked at site inventory for a second time yet
