I am pleasantly surprised by the product. The product perfectly removes dead skin cells and gently cleanses the skin. I needed quite a large amount of product in one use, so I took advantage of the great deal to repurchase. The only downside was that the package took a very long time to arrive in Latvia.

Great Customer Service, Hazel - your a star! Be aware tho for signing up for a subscribtion if your anything like me who forgets to do so. It was not crysal clear that a subscription started if you dont ask for it not too at check - out. But with this being said, no trouble at all with cancellations and/or refunds.
