Updated: Finally got an update and a shipping refund
Prior to update: I placed an order on September 21st, and paid extra for 2-3 day UPS shipping. I got an update on the order for USPS tracking on the 22nd. Odd, but ok... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to October 1st, and I still haven't received my order and the tracking still says "shipping label created", not shipped or in transit. I've emailed and contacted them on Facebook, and I haven't received a response at all. Facebook messenger shows they haven't even looked at my message. The only review on Facebook is from a guy with a similar experience... paid, but never received an order. Posting this now because I don't want others to be scammed like I feel I am being scammed. UPDATE: Finally got updated tracking info from USPS, and received a refund for the extra paid shipping. Updating my review to 4 stars on the hopes that this won't happen again if I order from them.

Hi Jess, first and foremost, we sincerely apologize that you had this experience with us and the inconvenience. Unfortunately, carrier issues do occur sometimes, and as much as we wish this never occurred, it does happen, and it's entirely out of our control. However, when this occurs, whether a package is lost, not tracking, or even when a customer receives a broken bottle, we always reship another package out. We never have and would never refuse to ship customer orders when they paid and trusted us. We truly apologize regarding the Facebook situation. Facebook is not the best place to contact us because we have much more accessible options. It's also the first time we've been told by a customer that they contacted us through Facebook, especially something urgent. We promise we will be looking into this today and making changes where we stay on top of any Facebook messages or alerts. We wish you had contacted us through our Live Chat on our website that we respond to within seconds during business hours. Our support email is [email protected] which we usually respond to within one hour or simply calling (800) 563-0187. Again, we sincerely apologize for all this. We hope you understand we will never mislead or refuse to help any customer. We promise we are far from being a "scam," and we ask you to please review the hundreds of reviews on our Trustpilot page and our website where customers love our company and products. We will be looking into your Facebook message and reaching out to you shortly to update your order. We do not doubt that something occurred with your package during transit, and we will be resending a replacement out to you today.
