Hi David, thank you for your feedback. I looked up your order, and I see you ordered the 25mg gummies, and you mentioned you were taking two gummies per day. I would recommend cutting that to one gummy per day and giving that a try for the next 7-10 days. The reason I say that is because CBD, or all cannabinoids, has Biphasic Properties. Biphasic Properties is whereas the dose increase, the effects don't necessarily improve. It's all about finding your optimal dosage. For example, some people may have a severe case, but a low dose works great for them, while someone else may have a less severe case, but they naturally need higher doses to notice a difference. One is, our product just didn't work for you, which is normal. It's a natural herbal supplement that interacts with receptors in our body to take them back to normal healthy function to heal the underlying issue. It is most likely may be that you weren't taking the correct dosage, which is common. It's all about finding your optimal dosage and taking it consistently every day. Most people see results in the first couple of days, while others may take 2-4 weeks. Another reason may be that one of our CBD creams would have been a better choice for you because you apply the cream directly to the area that needs it most. This way, the CBD and other plant compounds in our hemp extract are directly absorbed there. In your case, it would be the knee you feel pain in.
