Danny and his team from rapid express did a great job

The crew of Mike and Cat and Abdel and the crew did a great job today packing the house for transport to Florida. They worked hard and consistently, taking their time to ensure everything was packaged correctly and would not sustain any damage. The job was of first importance, despite the fact it was very hot. We would highly recommend their services!

Hard working workers , friendly, great job packing efficient

I want to personally recognize Manuel from Rapid Movers a partner of Coastal Moving Services for his professionalism and exceptional conflict resolution skills. At the beginning of the move, I became frustrated and admittedly unruly because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Throughout the entire situation, Manuel never escalated things or fed off my energy. Instead, he remained cool, calm, and collected the whole time. What stood out most was his ability to educate me on the proper ways of moving and packing items. He took the time to explain the process, why certain precautions were necessary, and how things could be done safely and efficiently. His patience, communication, and composure completely changed the direction of the experience. Manuel handled a difficult situation with professionalism and maturity, and because of that, I walked away with a much better understanding and appreciation for the work involved. Rapid Movers is lucky to have someone like him representing their company.
