Communication about my purchase was lower than expected. I have had better than other companies. Delivery took longer than would be appropriate —people who had ordered from others who had ordered from other suppliers. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to contact my payer to intervene. The product is delivered in safe packaging. The equipment worked well. The item was just as described. If the company improved customer service, I would purchase from it again.
