I shipped out 4, 12x octominers full of GPU's up to Coastal and when they arrived the boxes were smashed up and wet due to the typical incompetence of UPS. Multiple PCI lanes, GPU's and other hardware were broken due to this handling. Since the time they arrived all smashed up, one of the support folks worked with me to get things fixed and operational. They went through the hardware, worked with me to get replacements where needed and are returning the broken hardware. The GPU rigs are back and operational due to the great work by one of the techs.
