Is the second ASIC I buy from them
Is the second ASIC I buy from them, overall very nice packaging but I would have loved a little more communication, they where not receiving it appears my emails from my Gmail Wich is weird. I took exactly 4 weeks for shipping Wich in mining is a lot. Still excellent support and ASIC is working amazing as expected, brand new and shiny

Great customer service.
4 stars for the guys at Coastal, -1 star for Iceriver quality. The PSU fried shortly after setup, Mark responded immediately on Discord to help troubleshoot. After shipping it back, the machine was repaired and hosted in a reasonable time.

I wish my orders were in my account…
I wish my orders were in my account listing so I could follow them more easily. I did get a conformation when it shipped but if it was easy to find i would give me the piece of mind that my order had been received and that it was in processing.
