Inadvertently, my child subscribed to your services and as soon as I noticed it, I complained and demanded for a refund. I must say that I am pleased with the dispatch with which the issue was addressed and resolved within four working days. Fast response and a quick resolution of the problem regarding the issue I had in inadvertently signing up via an online ad seen on FB.

Total scam!!! I made the mistake of signing up for a 1p offer, I don’t even remember what it was for, but i haven’t received any service. So i was surprised to see £29.99 taken from my bank the very same day. Didn’t spot this until a week or two later. I phoned the bank who cancelled the card immediately, to prevent any repeat payments. They told me i should request a refund before they would do a payback. How do i get my money back from these crooks?
