Wish I could give no stars. THIS SCAM FIRM STEALING MY MONEY GOT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER I TRIED TO WATCH WEST HAM V ARSENAL. Unauthorised scamming my bank account causing me to cancel my bank cards, three hours on phone to bank and stress that I do no need. They used unscrupulous means hiding in different on line accounts like football. Avoid like the plaque. Do not press anything on their webpage or it will cost you heartache!

Scam! I have no idea how I managed to subscribe to this company, I have never even heard of them until they turned up on my bank statement. So far I have had no success trying to get a reply from their email. Disgusting way to run a business. I will be instructing my bank to cancel all future payments to these people.

This company purports to be a “premium fitness service packed with videos, e-books and podcasts.” I can only describe this company as a scam. Whilst reading a news article on Facebook, there was a link within it to watch a video from the article. When I pressed on the link, there was a message asking me to pay 0.01 to watch. I had thought that perhaps the news carrier was asking for an admin fee, and paid my penny (via Apple Pay). The video did not play, but instead I was informed that I had subscribed to Coach2Fit. Something that I, who’s daily exercise happily consists of walking my dogs, would never knowingly sign up to. I tracked back and the fake video link had disappeared, with the real one embedded further down the page of the article. I do not believe that the news company was complicit in this. I think Facebook embedded it as an ad. But it’s an ad with a link that mimics the news video in the article. The Apple Pay screen pops up above it, and the watch button > is plainly there, as if having paid the 0.01, you’ll be watching the news video. You won’t be. I’ll register a complaint with them if I ever come across the deception again. So I had an email telling me about my subscription (£0.01 for one month, then £29.99 monthly going forward). The password they sent me does not work, and there is no reset password option. I believe this is a cynical tactic, to make the process of cancelling the subscription more difficult. I have sent them an email to demand that my subscription is cancelled (I’ve also asked for my penny back - Coach2Fit don’t have a monopoly on being cynical). They sent an automated response with a ticket number in it, saying that they will reply within 24 hours. I am hopeful that this will result in success, but naturally where no “reset password” facility is available, and because of the dishonest way I was conned into the subscription, I do not have great faith in this company’s motivation to cancel it. If they fail to, I will replace my bank card within the month.
