I clicked onto their link by accident next thing I know I had subscribed don’t know how I managed to do that. But must say when l contacted their customer service they responded quickly and I got my refund within 5days

I had a issue that they took money from my bank but I emailed them to cancel it and I got my money bk which was gd they responding really quickly good company

my partner signed up for this in error however once I notice the subscription had left my bank and I questioned her it seems she clicked on the links by mistake So I contacted the company and they cancelled the subscription and refunded what had been paid within 5 days. It seems many people are signing up accidently by clicking a link and call it a scam, but I had no issues resolving the issue so fair play to them

I am writing this for my mom. They took £30 twice over 2 months. My mom never signed up and did not even know what coach2fit was when she check her bank statement. They are not a good company and if you look through the reviews, there is lots of others who this same problem has occurred. My mom never signed up or put other bank details, they somehow managed to hack her details and got her on a subscription which she has no idea about and she has no account. It just takes money from her bank every month.

SCAM How on earth this can be allowed is beyond comprehension. There’s enough stress to deal with without scum like this.

Writing this on behalf of my Mum. She deleted 2 e-mails from this company from her junk mail in recent days. No sign up for subscription. No agreement. No interaction. Somehow this company have obtained her bank details and have taken money from her account. The first transaction was for 1p and the second was £29.90. SCAMMERS. Report any contact, even if it’s junk mail, immediately to your bank.

SCAMMERS based in Cyprus. I had four consecutive monthly charges of £29.90 in my Chase card. Never signed up with them let alone provided with any payment details. I raised a claim with Chase and they initially refused to accept any responsibility or refund the charge. After a long 3 hour chat battle someone finally believed my version of events and sided with me. Frustrating and exhausting experience. Beware.

I felt like I was completely scammed here. I clicked on a video, it charged me 0.01 pounds and all of a sudden they are trying to take £30 from my account. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
