Very disappointing experience with CNCPTS support. I placed order #398327 on April 7, 2026. UPS tracking later confirmed that the package was delivered to a completely different city than the address provided in my order. My confirmed shipping address: Spotsylvania, VA 22551 UPS delivery location: Fishkill, NY The parcel was also signed for by an unknown person named “Nelly”. Despite providing screenshots, tracking information, proof of the correct address, and contacting support multiple times over more than a month, I still have not received a final resolution, refund, or replacement. The most frustrating part is that support keeps sending nearly identical responses saying the case is being “escalated to another team” or “reviewed,” but without any concrete update, timeframe, or actual solution. One of the pairs was intended as an important gift, so this situation has caused significant stress, disappointment, and inconvenience. I remained patient and cooperative throughout the entire process, but after more than a month without a proper resolution, I honestly cannot recommend this store based on my experience. I would give 0 if I could. We bought a bunch of stuff in NYC store. We got home and realized there was a giant grease stain so we went back and asked to exchange. They said no because they didn't know that we didn't stain it. It was about an hour later, tags on, etc. I finally escalated and connected with an 'executive' who spoke pleasantries and made it seem like they were doing something about it but they can't even ship a package properly so it's stuck at the border. Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs. There are many other streetwear stores with the same items.

I placed order #396734 with CNCPTS; the UPS tracking number is 1Z0JA5880322174. The package was never delivered and was returned. I have all the supporting documents and screenshots, which I am attaching here. Their own response to my first letter clearly confirms: • they acknowledged the non-delivery and return of the package; • confirmed that there is no recipient’s signature or proof of delivery; • accepted responsibility and promised a full refund. Despite all this, they still refuse to refund the money and continue to ignore my repeated requests. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for customers. Let this be a warning: CNCPTS is not fulfilling its obligations, and their reputation is under serious threat. I will not hesitate to widely share this case on social media and report it to consumer protection agencies if my refund is not processed immediately. All screenshots and evidence are attached for verification. Do not place orders with this store until the issue is resolved!

Never ordering from them again…customer service is lame.

Though delivery was on time, the product did not hold up well, and support was minimal.

not a dependable company. I don't see them around much longer under this name. Be careful. Plenty of other sites to purchase from
