This company is full of s**t. They are not on the same page 3 different people told me 3 different things. They claim they can retrieve your money with 4weeks if who ever u sent the bitcoins to still have that wallet open. But no one never reaches out, then when i called and one of the people info I talked to they still lost. There ridiculous I wouldn’t waste your time or energy for this fraudulent company. The positive reviews are fake as well. At this point they even claim to do it pro bono for the first time. LIES DO not do it a brother is beyond pissed with this stupid company and they dumb set up system and how they make impossible to contact anyone who knows about your case. Wasted two months on waiting on them to DO S**t. They claim to get my 1,500 back and I had sooketn to someone about how unprofessional they are and he got mad and more rude. They either scamming & using someone else website platform or they really jus hired ppl who don’t kno what there doin half of them don’t even speak English.

Again I have to warn people of using this compnay tehy will charge you a big fee just to start and what that buys you is bunch of reports that mean nothing and the local police can't do nothing with. They tell you that you they have a local X FBI agent working for them and let it cost 4989.00 USD fro the reports to tell me I was scammed and where it went. That does nothing and the local police can do norhing with the reports that ehy send you .
