I'm really disattisfied and unimpressed by the level of service received so far from the team at CNC intelligence so far. I have NOT been given updates on my case and direct contact with the representative dealing with my case who asked me to send him and email witharound 3-4 crypto scams I have fallen victim to. NO updates or calls back when you cant get through to him. He replied when chasing asking me to then flll out an online form which is not what he he initially asked for. I mean why just not ask for that in the first instance?? These people are a complete and utter waste of time as you could ask for and it would make no difference. Good luck trying to get a reply and who has all day to chase them on the phone when they dont get back? Avoid, you are just wasting your time with this bunch who ask for a good review to boost their company but then just leave you hanging. Its so unprofessional to work this way - give us a positive review and then we may do something for you.. but they never did. Disgraceful and shocking service. Id rather pay for something decent rather than to trade a positive review for no service.

So far Simon Lev has been very helpful. We will see if we get any results.
