To clarify, cna.plus advertises and offers preparation for the theory part of your exam through practice tests only, skills preparation is not included in our Premium. We do have a link to skills videos on our website courtesy of Prism HealthAide and they are free for anyone to access. Diana L.

Thank you for your feedback, Olasimbo and congratulations on passing your exam! We are sorry to hear that you found your official exam to be more comprehensive than our practice tests. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically, however, our questions are based on the official CNA exam questions that have appeared on past exams and we can confidently say that the materials that you may encounter on your exam are covered but questions may be worded differently, of course. Is there any chance you remember any of the questions that you have encountered on your official exam but not on our practice tests? We would really appreciate it if you could send those over to us at [email protected] (even if it's just an overall idea of the question, not the exact copy of course). We would run them against our question bank to make sure that we have it all covered in our practice materials. Diana L.
