Our practice tests cover all the required subjects, and when fully and successfully completed, they do help in passing the exam. Our practice questions are based on past official CNA exam questions and study materials, and we regularly update them as rules change, drawing on many real CNA tests we've seen. While the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't share official CNA tests, we know what questions and topics you're likely to see on the exam. Our purchases are generally non-refundable, especially when the materials have been used, as they have been in your case — that is why we offer many sample tests so you can try the product prior to purchase. As for unlocking the full site, we keep everyone signed in by default, but if you have been signed out, please follow the sign-in instructions we've sent you in several emails. Our practice questions are not the current questions from the real exam; however, they are based on official exam preparation materials and official CNA exam questions from past exams. Although the NNAAP doesn't make the official CNA tests public, we can confidently say that we know what questions may be asked on the exam and what topics you may be tested on. It's very likely that the questions on the actual exam will be about the same concepts; however, the official test will be worded differently. Nevertheless, all the material you may encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests, so it is extremely important to pass all the practice tests before you attempt the actual exam. According to our system, you have only successfully passed one practice test from our entire program and have not attempted many other tests, such as Mental Health, Social Services Needs, Personal Care Skills, Residents Rights and Safety Procedures, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and some others. Is it possible that the questions you encountered on your exam might have been covered in those topics? The actual exam questions are kept confidential and randomly selected from an extensive question bank, making it impossible to predict exactly which questions will appear on any individual's test. Most of our customers report that the majority of their exam questions are similar to those in our practice materials, as we use the same official manual.
