We do normally keep clients signed in immediately after the purchase, but depending on your browser, your session may time out and you may need to sign back in again. We've sent you sign-in instructions twice and checked in once again a day later to see if this helped. I checked our system again and noticed that you did not access our system since. So, I will go ahead with making an exception for you and approving your refund request. We are sorry we did not get an opportunity to assist you with your studies.
