When used properly, our system absolutely prepares you for the exam. Our practice questions are not the exact ones from the real exam. Instead, they're based on past official CNA exam questions and study materials. We regularly update questions as rules change, based on many real CNA tests we've seen. While the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't share official CNA tests, we know what questions and topics you might see on the exam.
Still, for best results, we strongly encourage clients to successfully pass all our practice tests and marathons to ensure that all the material is covered. I see that you've only passed 5 tests so far. We suggest that you go back to the tests you have not passed and those you have not attempted to increase your passing probability.
We also understood from your call that you were advised to try our free sample tests only and you were requesting a refund based on that. Although we understand your situation, we would like to point out that our Premium plan was purchased and our study materials were used extensively, so no refund is possible. However, we'll be happy to help you use your Premium to its fullest to pass that knowledge exam.
