My daughter did this for her 13th birthday with 4 friends. I love you can set it to what level of difficulty fits your group. They had a blast.

It was really great! The game master was really helpful and explained everything very well, and my friends and I had a great time doing the ‘Dreamscape’ room. Considering it was around my 8th game at Clue Avenue, it’s safe to say that the experiences are always enough to get me coming back haha

This was our families first ever escape room and we had a good time. The host got into character and that was cool. I would recommend this escape to room to others.

Our family had a really great time in the clue avenue escape room. It was fun and team building. We had ages 7-65 and everyone left laughing and proud!

Art Hatch escape room worth a try My teens enjoyed the actual escape room. I liked that they offered a birthday discount :) Having it in an art gallery is nice if you are a parent, like me, and have an hour to kill while waiting. The only thing I would say is for the hostess to be more fun and less stern/cranky with the intro/first impression-we arrived 25 minutes early, so there was ample time to let them use the bathroom, etc. It felt like we were being reprimanded/rushed when we arrived with more than enough time.

This was pretty fun and I’m glad I did it. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for an escape room to dig your fingers into. Only complaint I had was how obvious the hints given by the host were. I’m certain she wanted to help us a little due to the confusion we were probably showing but there was even a moment where i didn’t asking for a hint but she told us where to look anyways. Because of that I felt a little less rewarded for escaping because of the help I received. It’s possible the host did that due to probably feeling responsible for a red herring they lead us into so they felt they needed to guide us in the right direction because of that. OVERALL a 9/10 experience for me. Thank you for the fun experience! If you are worried about getting too much help just make it clear to the host that you want a challenge and want to use as little hints as possible. 👍

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I felt that in the first room, it was impossible to figure out the code without the hints, and frankly most hints were not useful. There was also a delay between asking for a hint and getting a hint. I would prefer if we had a live person in the room with us who we could ask for hints verbally, as was done in another escape room we visited. Other rooms were more interesting and doable.

I would like to give more like a 3 1/2-star review. In comparison to other escape rooms, this one was a little chaotic. There was stuff everywhere, a lot of decoration that made it confusing. We weren't sure what was a prop and what was a clue. One clue would take a mathematician to figure out. The game master was vey nice... Too nice, she walked us through the whole game. All in all it was a nice experience. Just a little underwhelming. I would suggest letting the team ask for clues.
