Not the best escape room
Not the best escape room. The challenges aren't as fun as the ones I have done with other companies. I'd recommend trying out any of the many other escape rooms in the area.

Hi Corey, and thanks for your honest review! We are always looking to improve our escape room games and customer experience, so we appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative. That being said, I did notice that you had left us a negative review on a different review website a few days ago as well, and on that site you went into a little more detail about how you felt our rooms were "too challenging", and how you felt deceived that when you were chatting with us on our website we said our rooms would be a great fit for your group even though you've only ever done one escape room in the past. I wanted to clarify that we stand by our statement that we think our rooms are a great fit for people with limited escape room experience. In fact the large majority of all our customers are first time players. And we currently have about a 55+% pass rate between all our customers. And you'll actually notice if you look at many of our customer reviews on Yelp, Google reviews, trustpilot, or Facebook - many of them state that they did not make it out in time but still had a lot of fun (and we get reviews like that at least two or three times a week). So all of that being said, I definitely believe that our escape room is ideal for a wide range of customers, but especially for people that have never done one before. I'm definitely saddened that your experience wasn't 100% positive, and would love to have you come back to try our other room to see if we might be able to change your mind.
