Tanisha
The customer service was great. There was an issue booking online, when I called, (I can't remember his name, sorry!) but he was very helpful and very patient. He gave me a call back with a confirmation that I can still book the slot I was hoping for. During the experience, escape room guide was so fun and enthusiastic, it got my partner and I into character a little more. The puzzle was challenging and very fun! I will be back with friends and family!

We wanted to do something private for a date night that wasn't around the public. We had so much fun; we can't wait to come back. The puzzles were fun and inventive for even a couple of 30-year-olds. Our host was great, and really helped get us into the story line.
