I have nothing but good things to say about this site. They are always there to help if you need it. Transactions or fast & reliable it helps if you become a vip member (which comes from playing and staying active on the site. Not a buy your way in position). As vip member my withdrawal takes no more then 30 minutes to hour. On most occasions. Definitely a 10 out 10 site for me. Thanks once again to CLUB POKER.

I paid using Apple Pay on Clubspoker and their support is asking me to upload Apple Card verification PDFS. I did not use an Apple card. I used Apple Pay on a Fidelity credit card. There is no such thing as an Apple Pay statement. Every time I explain this, support copy pastes the same response. Apple Pay will show a different card number to the merchant, so they are seeing (and asking for) a card that does not exist. I've shown them screenshots and videos of the transactions on my app and they are not acknowledging it. After finally processing this, I have received multiple emails cancelling my redemption because my playthrough "did not meet playthrough requirements". I played through my balance AGAIN and received the same email. This time, my redeemable balance showed the same amount (3970) as it did prior to the redemption. They assured me they had fixed this issue after it happened the first time. Either their playthrough tracker is bugged or they are being incredibly dishonest.

The customer service was more than 5 stars. I sent my email to the support staff and within 10 minutes had a response from an actual person that actually READ my email and responded appropriately. Other support systems should take notes for clubs pokers support system

Worst site I’ve played on. If I could half a star I would. They take part of your deposit immediately, they also take part of the buy in from sit and go tourneys. 3 players buy in for $1 each, yet the prize is only $2. They scam money any way they can!
