Is there a way to leave Negative star review??!!! Do not gamble on this website. They blocked my account for no reason, no email, no notification. Anything! I have all the correct verifications, never used another card other then my own name on the account and still blocked. They are trash

Winner winner, chicken dinner! I was having an issue with a withdrawal. Something to do with verification. That led into other documentation. What a drag, and on my birthday none the less. But, the vip team throughout the process made sure to stay on top if it. Some happy birthday bucks and I was back playing and making another withdrawal in no time. Nah really ,who am I kidding, I got it way way up and rode that Rollercoaster into the ground...haha. anyways, then I had another issue because they placed the ticket for a nightly 22 tournament, but no sweep coins in the top slot where there is one...they took care of that too quickly. Honestly, I probably should have just played the tourney when I think about it. So now I'm on here trying to tell you how fuqking great this VIP Team is, and they are the face of this casino and should get more paid way more. so if your looking for a good app to play poker DO NOT CHOOSE CLUBS POKER OR CLUBS CASINO it's 1 in the same company. I won 800 dollars and tried to cash out and when I did they blocked my account and will not let me log back into my account. there reason was that I used my wife's credit card...yes my wife's credit card and since my name was not on the card they told me they were NOT GOING TO PAY!! They have found any and every excuse in the book. I have done multiple security checks and I come to tell you guys Just go to Global Poker because CLUBS POKER is a pile of Garbage. don't waste you time. they will come with every excuse in the book. that's why there rated a 4.2 with only 500 reviews. that's actually terrible. don't waste your time.
