I will update with the end results of the experience. If this turns around will Change my review back to 5 stars 04/28/2026 Received $1400 of my 10,000 redemption . It’s been over 90 emails back and forth: I’ve not touched my balance and submitted smaller redemption due to debit card withdrawal issues even to Skrill which is unlimited… they said they would work with me to get my redemable balance redeemed… keep telling me my redemption is in progress but in 4 days I’ve only received 2 totaling $1400. I still have $8500 to redeem… 04/25/2026 Normally I would give these guys a 5 star review great customer service! Fast payouts. But the last 2 of the cash outs I’m experiencing for the second time, them giving the run around and it taking forever and them giving me bs answer grant out once before, but I played their jump around through the hoops thing last time. I’m just very frustrated right now I’m over 24 hours when normally I have my cash out within an hour.
