I was playing OK. They recommend a purchase of $10 for 20 sc, or so, but the minimum cashout is $100. Decided to play the slots and won a little bit. But, I loaded up another slot, and they have the betting choices inverted. So, instead of my usual 25 cent spin, it spun at 25 dollars. Customer service said they understand, but it is "valid". F'em to h3ll. Aw, and ain't trusspilot so cute? They want the date of occurance. My god is a puttz. Jesus H Christ

This site has always been professional and responsive to any issue that has come up. It doesn't matter if there was an issue with winnings or a technical issue. They thoroughly investigate and have always made me feel that they are non bias on all issue. The support team responds very quickly even if they don't have the exact answer yet they at least let you know where they are at in the process and update you asap. Redemption is quick and easy and I've only had one issue with it before and that was due to the support team verifying that they are paying out the correct person.
