Pros: Nice clean accommodations most of the staff were very willing helpful and courteous Cons: extra charge for towels so check upon entry if towels have been properly stocked for you and your guests will have to call a separate number to get any assistance with this if you do not book directly with hotel and there is a $25 late check out fee if you want to utilize this service just FYI about additional fees not mentioned

Love how hotel rooms are well kept. Organized and clean, fully stocked on essentials. Front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. Breakfast as always amazing. Definitely returning again and suggesting to all friends and family.

First and foremost, I got 4 star hotel at a very reasonable, no where else available, rate in the heart of Times Square, New York. Second, I had booked hotel for 4 nights which was NON-Refundable. When I worked with hotel and Club1 support team, I got refund credit for unused day. Overall, amazing experience.

We made a reservation at the Embassy Suites Chicago O'Hare. We stayed their one night before travelling to Italy. Good: Price was at least 50% less than advertized price. No problems with reservation, checked in with no issues. Got Hilton snack/water benefit. Not so good: Just remember you will get no Points or be eligible for an upgrade at Hilton Properties. Overall Good experience and will do again when price is the main consideration.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was nice & knowledgeable to all my questions. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable & rooms were clean. Pool was clean & the hot tub was a bonus. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. They were even able to switch our room last minute to be on the same floor with family members we were traveling with. They even charged my phone while we were at breakfast because I forgot my charger. I would absolutely stay here again. Room was nice and clean and view was excellent.
