Alot more information about the Hotels rooms. Felt like I was at a Self serve with view of their prices on every room.

For my birthday in July I had booked the Hard Rock in DR. I had initially booked my own room and last minute my best friend surprised me with going. I contacted customer service to make the adjustment and they were very responsive and helped me the entire time to ensure the change happened before I arrived as well as even finding me a discount they can add to the room.

Have used Club 1 to book hotels in US and Canada and also car rental in Las Vegas. Discounts vary and can be substantial. Fast email response in both booking and cancellations. However, my last hotel cancellation, the refund did not come through. Calling gets you voicemail. The best is to email Club 1 and the response was very prompt. Took them a few days to figure it out but finally got my refund on my credit card after about a week. You do get some savings when everything works but the hassles come when it does not.

It was a clear black night, a clear white moon And low and behold, while traveling I began to feel the sleep monster attacking me. Oh but I had an answer for that. I pulled over and searched for the closest 3 star and above hotel. And there it was, Quality Inn. I booked with no issues and took care of that sleep monster. Great location, clean, friendly clerks. If anyone feel as they are under attack while driving, please find your nearesr Club 1 Hotel.

So far so good. I've booked first time thru them at a hotel that we usually stayed at. We would normally book it thru other 3rd party sites. But this time, we booked the same type of room but we ended up getting an upgrade. Booking is easy too and is the lowest price compared to other sites.

I was so impressed with the way things went. The prices are perfect for me and my girl. Tols everyone we know and they are ecstatic about it and they have been using this site as well.
