It’s all about setting expectations. Didn’t have very good sleep. Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. The property, rooms and facilities are outdated and have a musky moldy type of odor. Room was somewhat clean. Staff is very kind and responsive though. Continental breakfast has room for improvement.

I have explored Club 1 Hotels services multiple times for searching reasonable hotel rates as well as for finding a near location of a car rental. The web site is user-friendly and offers great selection of the facilities tourists are routinely looking for. I guess it is one of the best services in the industry to date.

I made a reservation 2 months ahead of time then I had to cancel 2 days after I made it because I am going in the hospital and I was told that was impossible because I checked some red box which I did not and even if I did that's insane 2 months ahead of reservation and they can not cancel it's a bait and switch I wonder if they will even show awful review go elsewhere this is not a good place for reservations of any kind stay away Barbara
