I made a last minute reservation at a luxury hotel in Chicago and saved Hundreds of dollars. I looked on all other platforms and it was crazy expensive...I love this newly discovered website!

I am a new customer with Club 1 and have been very satisfied with my experience. Their website is awesome and I highly recommend their services.

Had to use Club1 in a pinch. All of the reservations were being made smoothly until Club1's site crashed. 24 hours later when the site was fixed, my reservations were gone....EVERY ROOM BOOKED. I was very disappointed. Eventually, two different hotels were located in close proximity. I had to stay one day at one location, a few days at a different location. All this with kids and animals. It was a bummer. I hate the sign on system (unless fixed). I did like that Club1 management communicated. Bummer that I was compensated somehow but... Oh well.
