I subscribed to CloudHire’s Gold Plan for 3 months, expecting a reliable service. Unfortunately, it has been a completely disappointing experience. Despite paying the full amount, no applications were ever sent on my behalf. The customer support is extremely poor — unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. I had to send multiple messages and follow-ups just to get basic answers, and even then, there was no proper response. It felt like we had to literally beg for any kind of support. To make things worse, they’ve even blocked Gmail access, making it impossible to reach them through email. There are many others facing the same issue, and still, no resolution is provided. I’ve been asking for a refund for weeks now, and they’re simply ignoring the request. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially after paying hard-earned money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use CloudHire. The service is frustrating and feels like a scam.

This is a scam. Don’t go for this. I saw an ad on instagram saying that I would be able to earn in dollars from India doing remote jobs from abroad. I had meetings with them. Thorough discussions on how they work. They said the AI will apply for 150-250 remote jobs from abroad everyweek and they also mentioned cashback if the promise is not delivered. I have it on my email. Once I opted in, after 3 weeks, I got only 7 job application for my profile, and all of them were indian non remote jobs. On top of that they had a poorly made resume only applying for easy apply jobs. After repeated asks, they did not solve these issues. So, I asked for the refund as they fid not deliver my promises. When I asked for my refund, they introduced new rules and refused my refund. They never introduced these rules when I opted in. They introduced some AI assessment that they never said beforehand and they wanted me to score above 80% on it. Despite my best tries on topics on which I think I am one of the bedt in the infustry, i got below 10% because the AI could not comprehend most of it. That’s a cheeky way of avoiding the refund. There is a huge mail tread of 200-300 people asking for the refund and this scam company is ignoring it all.
