Very disappointing experience with CloudHire.
The team has been extremely unresponsive and there has been almost no meaningful communication or updates. In around 3 months, only **186 jobs were posted**, which is far below what I expected from the service.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and response when trying to get answers or updates. I have repeatedly tried to communicate with the team, but the negligence and poor customer support have made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
At this point, I am requesting a **full refund ASAP**. I would definitely not recommend CloudHire based on my experience.

🚨 **I need to put this out publicly
🚨 **I need to put this out publicly: My name is being used by CloudHire without my authorization.**
I’m writing this because I genuinely don’t want another person to go through what I have experienced with **CloudHire**.
I was approached/engaged by CloudHire, and what followed has been deeply concerning. There were commitments made to me, money/time involved, and ultimately I was left dealing with a situation that I consider completely unacceptable.
But what has pushed me to speak publicly is this:
**My name is currently being used on CloudHire’s website without my permission.**
I did not authorize them to represent me on their website in this manner, and I have not consented to my name being used to create an impression of association or credibility.
That is not okay.
I am putting this on LinkedIn because I believe people deserve to know when a company is using someone's identity or professional association without their consent.
I have documentation and screenshots relating to my experience, and I am prepared to provide them to the relevant parties if required.
This isn't about creating drama.
It is about **accountability, transparency, and protecting other professionals from potentially walking into the same situation.**
If you are considering working with CloudHire, **please do your due diligence.**
And if you are a professional whose name, profile, experience, or identity is being represented on a company's website without your explicit consent, **please check.**
I have asked myself multiple times: *How many other people might be represented this way without even knowing it?*
That is exactly why I am choosing to speak up.
**CloudHire — I am asking you to immediately remove my name and any representation of my association with your company that I have not authorized.**
I am not going to stay silent about this.

### ★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Experience
### ★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Experience
**Pros:**
Not applicable.
**Cons:**
My experience with CloudHire has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns about transparency and the way customers are treated after payment is received.
I paid ₹20,000 for their service and requested cancellation within approximately 10–15 minutes of making the payment. I had not meaningfully used the service at that point.
I was told that business hours were over and that someone would contact me the next day. The following morning, instead of addressing my cancellation request, another team member contacted me to complete my profile and start the onboarding process. I clearly informed them that I had already requested cancellation and did not want to proceed.
Despite repeated calls and messages, including attempts to reach the concerned representative, my cancellation request was not properly addressed.
The company subsequently refused to refund my ₹20,000, claiming that a refund policy had been communicated to me.
Here is where I have a serious concern: I was not clearly provided with a cancellation/refund policy before making the payment, nor was I clearly informed that my payment would become non-refundable immediately.
I repeatedly asked the company to provide the exact policy applicable at the time of my payment and evidence showing when and how I had accepted those terms. Instead of providing a clear and transparent explanation, I received generic responses stating that the policy had been communicated.
From a customer's perspective, this is extremely concerning.
Taking ₹20,000, receiving a cancellation request within minutes, continuing with onboarding despite that cancellation request, and then refusing the refund by referring to terms that I maintain were never clearly disclosed to me before payment raises serious questions about the company's business practices and transparency.
I am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
I am sharing this review so that prospective customers are aware of my experience. Before making any payment to CloudHire, I strongly recommend getting the complete cancellation and refund policy in writing, understanding exactly when the payment becomes non-refundable, and obtaining written confirmation of the terms before proceeding.
This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the company. What should have been a straightforward cancellation shortly after payment has turned into a prolonged dispute over ₹20,000.
In my personal experience, the way this matter has been handled has been highly deceptive and unacceptable.

I booked placement consultation call… got scammed
I booked placement consultation call for 250 rupees which was supposed to be 1 hour long. That lasted only 7 minutes.. I was given no feedback or my resume was also not reviewed. I shared all my details by verifying myself as a real user.. like PAN details on their website.
The person just exited the call after saying I did not pass their current CTC criteria of above 6LPA & exited the call. These guys are scammers. priyakshi agarwal is the person at cloudhire who did this. cheats & scammers.

I subscribed to CloudHire's Gold Plan…
I subscribed to CloudHire's Gold Plan for ₹19,800, which promised 500 job applications submitted per month, AI mock interviews, ATS-optimized resume support, and dedicated end-to-end guidance. My subscription ran its full course and ended on 24 August 2026.
Over the entire subscription period, only around 1,300+ applications were submitted on my behalf — this is CloudHire's own written admission via email, not my estimate. That is well short of the promised volume, and I received zero interview calls and zero job offers throughout.
CloudHire's own Refund Policy document (shared with me directly) defines "Delivery Failure" as fewer than 1,500 applications submitted over the subscription, or no interview calls/offers received — explicitly stating this qualifies for a Full Refund. Despite this being exactly what happened, and despite them confirming the under-1,500 figure in writing, CloudHire has refused to process my refund. Instead, they have repeatedly offered a 90-day extension I never asked for and explicitly declined multiple times.
I have followed up in writing multiple times, given clear deadlines, and cited their own policy back to them, but I keep receiving the same scripted response about "external factors" and an extension offer, with no acknowledgment of the refund condition their own document lays out.
Based on other reviews I've since read here, this appears to be a consistent pattern with CloudHire — under-deliver, then stall refund requests with extension offers instead of honoring their own stated terms. I'm sharing this for transparency so others can make an informed decision before paying.
