Good pricing and easy to start using. Continued use is less than desirable due to a very limited menu capability and/ or training available to figure it out

Too many times, we pick a certain station & it isn't even close to its description. The options are weak, you should be able to search artists & similar to them like Pandora. I would also like to see the artist/song playing on the control page instead of some goofy cloud picture.

Easy to set up, great year round selection!

I switched from SiriusXM nearly two years ago after ongoing issues. Cloud Cover has been set it and forget it. Never an issue, great music options and pricing that makes sense for small businesses.

definitely needed a better selection of holiday music that was more upbeat.

This has been the most reliable system we have ever used. A tremendous value for such a variety of personal music.

We can only dislike and it never plays other companies let you like a song and similar ones populate the list.
