Need to have more variety of songs in the categories I love the app and how you can have both on any device

Excellent service. Always reliable. great sound quality. Those would be my top three compliments. Some of the other benefits include... You're able to record and upload your own commercials or in store advertisements for free. We rotate our ads out whenever we feel like it. Simply get a USB microphone for your computer, record your message and upload it to the site. Then you can schedule it to play as often as you like! And the best part is you're compliant. You don't have to worry about licensing fees or any of the record label red tape. If you're a business and tired of plain old elevator music but don't want to worry about fees or other issues, this is an absolute must. We're a couple of years into the service and couldn't be any happier.

There's no true "Classic Rock" category. AC/DC and Elvis don't go together. Also, not enough G-rated options. I don't know too many businesses that will tolerate PG-rated music for their customers. Phone service and pricing is excellent.

Web site and user interfaces are intuitive and well designed. Ability to manage multiple devices and manage users with varying roles and access are quite good. Support is responsive and when opening a new account the on-boarding team is almost too eager to help.

Great service. Cloud cover has helped us numerous times with any problems (even though it’s all been related to our poor internet connection.) It’s super affordable and the channel choices allow lots of variety.
