Hello Cloud Cover and good-bye Muzak
For us the switch from Muzak to Cloud Cover was log overdue. Service was excellent (sometimes a little over whelming, I was getting emails from several different entities) Online Support when I was a little unsure during box installation was great. Phone support was also very good and helpful during my "operator error" moments. Supper easy system to use from my phone or office computer with lots of music to choose from. TV

Got a cloudbox
Got a cloudbox, but not enough supplies, not enough instructions, so not in operations for weeks, so far. Bitter taste...

Amazing service

We recently switched to Cloud Cover for our four store locations
We recently switched to Cloud Cover for our overhead music choice at four store locations. Our rep was very professional and accessible during the sales process, and the Cloud Cover team has been courteous, professional, and accessible throughout the process. Installations were easy and the music has been met with many positive comments from our team. This is all a welcome relief from our previous provider. We highly recommend Cloud Cover Music.
