Easy to set up but some stations are falsely advertised. More station variety would be nice, as well as the ability to create my z stations from your smartphone

Initial calls to sales reps were answered with uninspired workers who had attitude and didn't seem to want to be there. Tech support is better when answering. The music available leaves a lot to be desired. There may be restrictions on the artists or songs they can play, but they don't want to tell you any specifics, as an email I sent about this came back with a vague answer and the follow-up email was ignored. Many channels of music available, but after previewing "Today's Hits", my teenage kids that listen to music all the time didn't know half of them. But the service works and is not expensive. Perhaps a service that costs a little more will give you more popular music. Hard to ever know.

Easy to install and great customer service!

CloudCover is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Coupled with the cloudbox I can not only make sure everything is going okay when I’m not at the shop but I can just set a schedule and not even worry about turning the radio off and on. It’s great!

The music quality changes every now and then which then requires us to increase volume and decrease volume for different tracks. Internet is 100mb down so that is not the problem. Hopefully you can stabilize your music track quality

I love this service! If you are using another music service (Mood) don't wait to switch to Cloud Cover! It was easy to purchase equipment. I was able to pay for a year and their pricing was great! It is so easy to manage. I was 2 states away from my business and was able to adjust the music using the mobile app. I would highly recommend this service.
