This company is absolutely diabolical the service they provide is literally non-existent when I'm logged out of my account. It's very difficult to reach out to the customer service and also it is very difficult to get a reply from this company, the fees that they charge or extortionate and being a small, Hotelier . We find it. Extremely frustrating to deal with this company Cannot, and will not recommend this company. We are open to discuss this matter, but the situation is this your company has failed to respond promptly, and anybody who is wanting to use a channel manager must be aware of how you are treating fee paying clients such as ourselves. Intento de fraude. Se quedan con los datos de la tarjeta y te hacen cargos de otro importe posteriormente. Luego dicen que fue un "error", pero cuando ya la confianza no existe y pides que cancelen la reserva te ponen pegas y no te la quieren cancelar, y no te queda otra que hablar con el banco. Ojo! Desde el 1 de noviembre de 2023 no hemos recibido un solo peso de desembolso de todos los cobros realizados desde su pasarela de pagos Cloudbeds Payments; es extraño porque anteriormente sí habíamos recibido los pagos. Al día de hoy 28 de diciembre de 2023 la situación es la misma y a pesar de haber enviado un correo detallando del problema no recibí respuesta del mismo, igualmente me he comunicado varias veces a través del chat de soporte y lo único que dicen es que ya existe el ticket y que el equipo de soporte está al tanto, pero nada mas.

Las citas presenciales programadas no se respetan los horarios acordados, la app movil es inservible, tarda mas de lo normal en abrir el portal, la opción de cancelación de la cuenta o facturación, es una falsa descripción que penen en la pagina para hacer creer a usuarios prospectos que en cualquier momento pueden cancelar, pero no es posible en realidad. Tardan hasta mas de 3 días en contestar servicio al cliente. Toman los datos que quieren, yo solo quería ingresar al sistema dos habitaciones y tengo 7.

La plataforma cumple, aunque se utiliza la mitad de las cosas que ofrece y muy caro para lo que es. El servicio al cliente pésimo para ellos las emergencias no existen todo es por chat. Cambie de banco, llevo un mes y no puedo realizar el cambio de cuenta. Con el dinero congelado.

After the initial sales correspondence everything fell apart. The person assigned to facilitate the set up was unresponsive in getting to a mutually agreed upon timeframe. The company was informed of this, but no help. We opted to not go forward and Cloudbeds still is trying to charge us. Even though this was well laid out with our sales person, we've just been shunted over to a billing department that wasn't brought up to speed. Color us significantly less than impressed.

Been waiting over a month to get someone to speak to me about this product, Booked two demos, tried speaking to a human and just got a bot repeating the same questions. Given up, if I can't even get past first base....

Cloudbeds is not the company they promote. I have been with them for three months now and am still having issues with the rates being applied via booking.com. I am now cancelling with them many interactions with the support team, but it is still not resolved. I couldn't recommend their poor service
